We specialise in providing high quality and effective services for adults working in education, health, social work, youth justice, child care, fostering and adoption services, independent and voluntary organisations. Founded in 2006 Chrysalis has established a well respected reputation on a national scale for delivering highly focussed and practical training.
We place great emphasis on supporting adults to develop their understanding and skills of how to prevent, manage and respond to behavioural challenges, how to develop self-regulation in children and young people and maintain healthy relationships.
